I already filed a I-485 as dependant of my hu*****and's (he is the primary applicant). now my NC is clear but his is still pending. PD is 10/2004.
Meanwhile, I also had my own I-140 (EB2) which is already approved (PD 09/2005). But I didn't file a I-485 base on this I-140. Now since my nc is already cleared, if I link my I-485 (the one I submit as depenant) with my own I-140, is that possible I could get my GC quickly?
