回複：that's wrong. green card is only for a future job

Thank you very much for you insightful answer to my part-time h1b for green card. Could you kindly please provide some of your professional suggestion to my case?

1. Since company A (FULL-TIME H1B Sponsor) already filed EB-3 for me, and per your answer, company B (PART-TIME H1B Sponsor) can still file another PERM/EB2 for me as long as they will provide full-time position by the time i submit I-485. (is it right? and do i have to quit company A's position?)

2. What if Company B (PART-TIME H1B Sponsor) offer my a full-time position right now, can I have 2 FULL-TIME H1-B at the same time? Can company B sponse green card for me?

3. Which option is better? I do not have any problem to make company B to offer me a full-time position right now.
