My wife filed 485 as my dependent a few months ago. Now her PD is current, her lawyer is asking her whether she wants to file another 485 as primary applicant but warned that this could delay her 485 approval.
I saw some people filed two 485s but didn't notice any delay. 相反，還可能會加快她的approval。因為我的運氣一般很差，如果卡在Name Check上，她也批不了。What do you two think?
