I94

I was a student after I came to America, and I have I94 stapled on my passport. Now I'm H1B holder, and I get another I94. I'm going to China next month. Anybody knows what should I do with those 2 I94? Should I turn in both when I leave US, or should I keep one of them? Thanks a million!
