140 pending for more than 7 months, need to call?

My 140 (NIW) pending at SRC since this Jan. Nowdays cases with PD at this May got processed and the published processing date of last month is Feb 13, 2007. Just wondering if I should I call USCIS. If I call, will it incur higher possibility to get RFE?
