1. check if your wife's passport is valid within half year...in that case, you have to file I539 to extend H4.

2. if your wife passport is valid more than half year.

是直接去Deferred Inspections office，別考慮那個port of entry.找不著，進鏈接：http://www.customs.gov/xp/cgov/toolbox/contacts/deferred_inspection/

一般是在機場附近。機場附近的Deferred Inspections office有權更改I-94, it should be same expiration date as H1. IMMIGRATION　OFFICER也更我們講，是由於入境的移民關沒經驗不懂這些，造成錯誤。

3. if the officer could not change it, then again file I-539 for H4 extention.

don't worry about your I-485. once your wife is filed
485, she is legal for AOS...
