60天快到了,485怎麽還沒有動靜?

485pending 快三年了,給USCIS打了好幾次電話,每次都說在背景調查.最近一次說:Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action within 60 days of the dates of this letter.眼看60天就要到了,可是還沒有一點動靜,這正常嗎?
