7月2號到NSC的被TSC reject。緊急求助

兩個原因，一個是沒簽字。另一個是proper fee of $340 is not attached.
查了一下，765上是漏了一個簽名。能不能補上立即再寄過去？485上都是齊的。但是$340是什麽？我寄了一張$745的支票的，包括485,765和131。少了嗎？下麵應該怎麽做呢？謝謝。
