請問小白兔等高人有關withdraw 485

我的情況：

NIW: PD 4/8/06; 140 approved; NIW-based 485/EAD/AP filed on 7/2/07 (checks still not cashed yet).

EB-1A: PD 5/4/07 (140/485 concurrently filed); got all receipts and A# for this petition; FP already done in June; 140 approved yesterday.

看了您以前的帖子，所以7/2 file NIW-based 485/EAD/AP時用的和Eb-1A一樣的A#。

想請教：
1. 是不是應該撤銷NIW-based 485 （盡管PD比較靠前）？
2. 必須寫信撤銷呢，還是leave it alone也可以?
3. 因為NIW-based 485的支票還沒有被cash， 怎麽撤銷485？ 能直接cancel支票嗎？ 這樣對pending的EB-1A的485會有什麽不良影響？
4. 聽別人說您以前提到過， EAD/AP是跟A#的，和485類別無關。這樣如果，我撤銷了NIW-based 485後， EAD/AP應該還有效，不需要遞交另一份EAD/AP了吧？
