法居士, still the same question. Please

The international advisor told me I'll be denied by J-2 application in China (but she doesn't know what's J-2 at all). Because I can't show proof that I'll be back to China (since my hu*****and is an Canadian). Even if I've applied CA immigration, they need me to show proof to back to China.

I have no intent to stay in US & I'll leave US after J-1 expire. Why I have to back to China ONLY? I hope that it's enough if I can show them I'll leave US to Canada.

Do you think she's right? I think she thought it as F-1.
