please clarify, Xiaobaitu and Pjiang, of calling to CIS

Since my I-485 (NIW-EB2) has been pending more than 2 years, I called Texas CIS last month, a lady might have recorded the inquiry and proposed request for processing my I-485, she gave me a ref# and asked me to call back again, if my case wouldn't be approved in 45 days............

I am wondering if it's really true that they would touch my case within the 45 days (now it's more 30 days), and what if I call them again, and will be told to call back in another 45 days?

I really don't count on the people in CIS....
