parents visit

Dear experts, I am H1B, I am planning to invite my-parent-in-law coming visit my family. my questions are:
1) should I wirte the lettler by my own or I need to include my wife (H14)?
2) Should I have to provide I-134 as supporting document? Does employment verification letter (indicating date of mt employment, wage, etc.), bank statement be enough as financial support document?
3) my wife has be in and out the US few years ago and this time she has been here for more than three years. Does this may impact her parents visa application since she has not gone back in the past three years.

Appreciate any input.
