I just let you know that you are not alone. There are some others on the same boat--NC pending since 2003 and 2004.

I have done what you have done. From my experience, we need another year or so. So be patient. Your NC is just 2.3 years and mine is 2.9 years. Some Chinese take 3.6 or close 4 years. It is quite normal nowadays.
