help! what does this notice mean?

my 485 applicattion got this notice from USCIS:

This is to notify that in order to speed up the processing of your case, your case has been transferred to USCIS local office at: xxx st, Milwaukee,xxx. That office will inform you the result on your application or petition.

My question is:

what does this mean? an interview? why?
when do I have the interview, after name check?
should I have a lawyer to be with me (I did 140 and 485 by myself and 140 was approved)?
amy other suggestions?
