back from Infopass,碰到一個black豬頭

IO 根本就一弱智,he asked my birthday, I answered April xx, then he counted his fingers "Jan, 01, Feb, 02..., April, 04, OK so your birthday is 04/xx". I asked my NC, he said it is pending. I asked why I was talked NC was completed in last INFOPASS, he looked at his screen and answered "OH, it was completed and fine". It was really hard to communicate with him. Big cow eyes staring at you silly. I don't think he should do this job. Finally he said what he can do is to send a request to the service center and I should get a letter in 30 days.
