Yah, you are right. I got the Receipt Notice in April.You mean I could still have the 180 days issue? I am panic now.

Another bad thing is that no premium available.

I filed 485 with the pending 140. If this 140 denied, my 485 will be denied too. Even I have H1B Status, will I be out of status?
