Some thoughts for your consideration:

1) If the neighboring town has more job opportunities for your area, in theory it should also have more job opportunities for your hu*****and.
2) Hopefully your hu*****and will understand “his family”is you!
3) Have you thought of having a child (or children) in case that there is no job offer in your current town and separation is a concern for you and your hu*****and?
4) I personally wish you could take it easy – I mean, your job, your green card and your future. You are married to a citizen who has a stable job and income. Why not enjoy life?
5) Doing a volunteer job can also increase your experience and enhance your chance of being hired in the future.
6) Even though the company withdrew the job offer, it is still highly likely that they will have another opening.
7) Try to see life from a different angle, you will be happy and happier.
