On August 23, 2007, we received this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS, and mailed you a notice...

USPS shows that the package was delivered on July3. Why they received it on Aug23? what's the receipt date gonna be?
