140/485 filed July and got receipts.

Have Canada Maple card.

My question:
Can I go to Canada, then fly to China, then back to Canada, then return to US by using 30-day automatic return?
- No, the 30 day policies only apply to traveling within N.A. continent.

Otherwise, I have to apply H1 visa once back in China, and there's slim chance being denied.
- Should not be a problem
