1. Your IRS state office can fax the copies to you upon your request. They'll also mail to you after the fax. The copies from IRS is Tax trans-cripts, which is accptable in USCIS. I've done it in my state. There service was great(we paid them, right).
2. Once you get the trans-cripts, enclose a cover letter to explain that you have no way to retrive the tax forms with signature, so you send the tax trans-cripts as a replacement.
