Xiaobaitu, radiology, please help.no card received for the spous

I got my green card on this Monday, but no card has been got for my hu*****and yet. WE bot got approval notice at the same time. What could be wrong? Thanks a lot!
Any one has similar problem?
And we didn't receive the approval notice for both of us either, any one received both green card and approval notice? Thanks a lot!
