我的綠卡怎麽這麽拿搞定呀，暈倒！誰能幫我？？無助中

我叫LEO。現在有一個移民的問題一直困擾著我。於2005年11月份來美。是由現任妻子以K1申請來美的。
來美十天內我們就在當地（加州-拉斯維加斯）完婚。同時交了申請（I-485。和I-765）
2006年3月兩樣同時打了手模。可是現在已經有一年兩個月有餘。中間打了兩通電話到移民服務中心。無奈隻好C9卡到期了，隻好繼續換一張。

（一次是去年那通電話把我的案件轉到加州服務中心去了。說給予安排請等待。第二次（今年二月）還是給予安排請等待。）

但是今天都十二號了，還是沒收到，請問兄弟們，這是怎麽回事呀？如果信寄丟了怎麽辦？？網上查獲的信息大概是什麽意思呢。？
