Ask everybody around me for refree. They asked additional evidence that I already contribute a lot to the field. I submitted 2 letters--one academic, one from officer where I got award. Paper citations analized by software from U library.
Actually my case is kind of strong, but we miss the point first time.--A good lawyer is very important, now I know.
