My OPT expired on July 28, and July 29 -- Sep 28 is the grace period. I am trying to change to H4 based on my hu*****and's H-1B. My questions:

1. Is my current status still F1? My F1 status expires on July 28 or Sep 28?

2. I worked and got paid as TA on campus with F1 visa before my OPT. Is that TA considered employed or not?
