just came back from INFOPASSfor NC, no luck

EB3, PD 01-2001, NC's been pending for two years. The IO told me that my case was not unuaual at all, this center saw quite a few guys NC pending for more than 3 years, one of them more than 4 years. "You can do nothing but wait." he concluded and showed me the door.
I think it's time for me to check on the names of local senators or congressmen, it's been quite a while.
