XBT, please help on NC question....

My friend came to USA with a passport issued from her hometown instead of Beijing, although she had been worked in Beijingfor 2-3 years right before she came to USA.
She did this because her original employer in Beijing didn't let her go to USA without paying a huge amount of money.

Now her 485 is pending due to NC uncleared for 2-3 years. She is worried about her passport issue in China. Do you think she could get 485 denied due to this situation?
