Thanks. I found the cdc.gov's guideline which was revised in 1992. It didn't mention how big the area will need more tests. It only says that if x-ray IS normal then it is normal. Only the one which shows abnormal on x-ray needs to go to local health department . Why this chinese doctor doesnt want to follow this? She said absolutely she can't sign it. She leaves today and will take vacation for two weeks. Actually she just came back from her two week vacation yesterday. IT MAKES THINGS DIFFIcult.
