請小白兔幫忙看看有什麽意見-關於H1B ext, AC21

My H1-B will expire in April 2008 and reach the 6-year limit. My LC and 140 got approved and 485 has been pending over a year. I am planning to change my job right now. Questions:
1. I want to transfer my H1-B to the new company. Can I work for the new company before the transfer is approved?
2. How long can my H1-B be extended? 1 year or 3 years?
3. My new job has a different title, but has a similar basic duties as my current job. Will that work?
