that "Has maintained and intends to resume nonimmigrant status;", we don't have a h1 visa but retain a valible H1 nonimmigrant status(797 form), i guess this mean ""Has maintained the nonimmigrant status".
看了連接，可能再回美邊境應該問題不大。但是，我最關心的是到底出境對於pending的485有沒有負麵影響啊？
