Don't need to be so worried. Many people are on the same boat. I think everyone will get it eventually, especially for your case --- it is ridiculous to wait 3 years for NC!! I think you just live a normal life, don't even think about GC, just relax. I understand how stressfule it is when you beat yourself up, and I used to do so to myself and my family. Now I'm trying to change--- why bother so much with something not under our control? why can't we try to enjoy life a little more ? Cheer up!!!
