請教白兔- 律師在LIST上出錯

今天，律師寄出140/485。在LIST上，律師寫"minimum bachelors degree and one year experience"。但是，我的LABOR CERTIFIED 是"master degree without experience"。我的140也是EB2類。LIST上的不正確會影響我的GREEN CARD嗎????? 謝謝

My all applications are based on LABOR CERTIFIED with master degree without experience.

But my lawyer copied old other people's list. In the list for I-140 application, it said that "3. Certified Form ETA 9089 with minimum qualification ... a Bachelors Degree and one year experience".

Both my Labor Certified and I-140 show EB2 with master degree...

Please give me advise... Thanks.
