Thank you, actually, my friends are doing this for me, get ting a form but still do not know the answer yet. Hopefully it will work. The problem is that without mdidcal birth certificate I can not approve my son is my son, while showing the birth certificate, they will stick to whatever birth place in the medical birth certificate.
