Cheap Nationalist sentiment

If you looked at recent European history, you will know that many so called sovereign nations today were not independent nations just several decades ago.

The most important thing is: will PEOPLE in Taiwan (or Hong Kong) HAPPY, no matter what county they belong to?

There is no use doing this kind of lip-service nationalism either: why are you here? Why are you applying for your GC if you so patriotic?
