Nafta officer only works 8-4 m-f. If you renew TN, any office can do it. If you apply a new TN, you need Nafata officer. This happened on the bridge. I feel on tunnel there is Nafta officer on the weekend. I went to the bridge, they said no way. Then I went to tunnel, I renewed my TN.
