請各位指教: EAD based on I-485

求教各位:

A hospital is applying for Greencard for me. I just got EAD card based on I-485. However,this hospital will not have vacancy for me until 6~8 months later. Can I work for another employer in the meantime? My current employer is fine with my plan. But is that legal?
