請教各位高人:I-485 是否可以從 one I-140 transfer to the other?

Filed two I-140 (NIW and Eb-1) before, I-485 filed based on I-140 NIW, now Eb-1 approved and NIW is pending. Can I transfer my I-485 to the Eb-1?
