When I entered US, My passport still had 2 years left . But my I-797 had 3 years , the officer in custom only gave me two years on I-94. I am afraid that when I go to renew my passport, the Chinese embassy refuse it for the reason that the I-94 time is the same as passport. So I think I have to renew either passport or I-94 card first, the question is I don't know which one I should, or I can do first. It is a headache, isn't it?
