My hu*****and's N400 has been stuck for FBI's name check for 9 months, too. We worte letters to congressman and senators. They all said would like to help. We will wait to see. Plus, there is some yahoo group like namechecktracker, you may get more information from that. Also, you are welcome to contact me if you have further questions. we may figure out together since we are in the same boat. : )
