You don't need to have any of the forms. My lawyer just filed I485 for my family(based on my approaved I140, NIW). He did not include any of these two forms.Actually, all these two forms must be filled by either citizen or PR( if you read the instructions carefully). According to my lawyer, your hu*****and and child will be the derivatives of your employment-based petition. so no need to have the forms.
