Can I cancel the check for the first 485 submitted?

I submitted the first 485 based on a pending NIW 140 on July 2, but no receipt yet. Just right after that, I received the Eb1a 140 approval notice. Then I submitted the second 485 based on Eb1a 140. I just wonder whether I cancel the check for the first 485 I submitted so that the case will be withdrawn automatically? Will canceling the check influence my second 485 case processing?
