I sent my I-131 application for Reentry permit. I just found that I forgot attaching photos in my package.
1. Can I send new package including photo on Monday (July 30), so that I still pay $170?
- No, it may be late, unless you are "under the July Bulletin". Tomorrow is the last day for current fee schedule.

2. The application I sent, I think it would be returned. Are they going to cash my check or not?
- If it were returned, your fee would not have been cashed.

In my opinion, you would be asked to provide photos at a later time, rather than to receive the petition being rejected.
