Finally it is my turn, Card ordered today...:)

After total 5 years longe waiting and numbers of lay off threaten. I received the magic email today. I want to share the experience with everyone and help everyone the best.

1. I140 approval is very important. I finally lost my patient after waiting it for more than 8 months and paid $1000 for upgrading it to PP. Now seems this absolutely paid off. My case has been put into the staging area in June, 2007, otherwise, I will have no this chance.
2. IO in NSC is very nice. I called them a couple of times after I only got BC clear information from infopass. Then per POJ? method I talked with IO in NSC and they are able to tell me my case progress and even said "Your case should not be here. Let's see if I could get it moved. If you hear nothing back in 30 days, then call us again." It seems really worked.
3. Although I got an RFE. I send it back ASAP. And the approval is in exact 5 business days.


JUST be patient and take necessary steps to speed your application.
