So, if apply 485+765+131 after 17/8, then fee = 1010 + free renew of 765+131.

if apply 485 before 17/8, and 765+131 after 17/8, then fee = 395 + >300 (sorry, not >400) + >300 ~= 1000, and NO free renew of 765+131.
