There is not any procedure any differences for EB1, EB2, and EB3. But there is a difference for GC quoto based on EB category. There is 28.6% for EB1, and 28.6% for EB2, and 28.6% for EB3. If EB1 quoto left, it can be used for EB2, and if EB2 left, it can be used for EB3. That's why the PD is different for three EB before July and sure will be different after Aug. 17.
