This happened to me last week and I immeidately called the 800 number. I asked them three questions:

1. What kind of notice it is? Make sure it is NOT a RFE notice, which is hihgly time-sensitive
2. What address was sent to?
3. Ash them to assign you a service request number so that you have a record for your future inquiry (get a pen and paper ready when you call).
4. Then wait for 45 days!
