In June 07, my hu*****and (as my EB2 dependant) got a letter from San Jose, CA local USCIS office responding to our phone inquiry on his I485 status. I thought the letter should come from NSC because the online status is showing the case pending at NSC since May this year after the 2nd FP LUD? Thanks.
