Ask XiaoBaiTu, PJiang and other XBT, apply H4/F1 after apply 485

Will 485 application be still valid ? Assuming 485 processing is much longer than H4/F1, I will be first H4/F1, then PR after 485 is approved. Am I right ? Thanks in advance.
