change job after getting EAD

A poster in this forum once metioned that there is no problem to get I-485 approved if people change job from Biology Scientist to medical Doctor (Physician). I would like to know whether it is ok to change job from biology scientist to pharmacist after getting EAD when I-485 is pending. I hope to share your experience.
