Don't worry!

You didn't say "your skills in DLL" are from a specific employer, right?
In this case, you can ask your advisor in school to provide a official
letter (with department letterhead) to say you have such skills.

I think this is enough! You may need to talk with your advisor if he/she
doesn't know you have such skills.
