Help: J-1 waiver receipt

I just got receipt from BCIS. It showed the case type is "I612 application to waive
foreign residence requirements" I checked I612 it is a form for waiver based on
exceptional hardship or persecution. My case is based on No Objection. So is this wrong on my receipt. I never filed a I612 form. Thank you for your experience.
